Dr. Henning’s retirement notice
It has been my pleasure to serve as your dentist for almost 31 years. In that time, I have had the privilege of meeting many great people and developing lifelong friendships with many patients.
Some of you may know that I have been suffering with back problems for some time now which has unfortunately deteriorated over the last four years. It is therefore now time for me to retire and pass my patients on to a younger man.
From the 3rd of April 2017, the new owners of the Bright Blue Dental Practice will be the experienced and well-qualified Dr Sharry Bonab and his wife, Manizheh who is a qualified dental hygienist.
Sharry completed his dental training in Denmark in 2007 before taking on a substantial clientele at the very successful Faaborg Clinics in Denmark which specialises in surgical and prosthetic implant treatments. Sharry impressed the practice with his insightful understanding of the complex needs of his patients and he was invited to train at the Funen Implants Centre where he was awarded a Diploma in the Nobelbiocare Implant System. In 2008, Sharry moved to the UK where he has gained experience in all aspects of dentistry and in 2011, he took on a new clientele in a dental practice in Westbourne.
Since 2008, Sharry and Manizheh have lived in Bournemouth where they are bringing up their family. Sharry is delighted to live on the coast and is currently teaching his sons, William and Oliver, the art of sailing and to enjoy sea life.
I believe Sharry’s experience and specialist training will bring new treatment options to this practice. In addition, Manizheh qualified as a dental hygienist in Denmark in 2008 and has since developed a special interest in treating patients with gum diseases. The other good news is that my lovely staff, Sue (who has been with us now for 25 years) and Lynn, will continue as Practice Manager, Nurse and Receptionist along with Sharry and Manizheh.
I would like to thank each, and every one of you, for your loyalty and continued support over the years, for all your smiles (even if it may have been in a painful situation), for your wit, your humour and for making my job so worthwhile.
I will be sure to take every experience with me with a smile into my retirement.
Kind regards,
Dr. Johan Henning
